What it costs: "Joondalup Electrical Services" is a different, older Perth electrician (established 2000, 2,092 Facebook likes). People searching for that business click your ad, land confused, and leave. You pay for every one of those clicks.
The fix: Open the account and change that headline to "Joondalup Electrical Contracting" or "JEC Electrical". A text change, not a rebuild.
Your ads say "fully insured". The certificate they're insured under expires in days.
What it costs: If that cover lapses before it's renewed, every ad and page claiming "fully insured" is a claim you can't back up, right when a customer is deciding whether to trust you inside their walls.
The fix: Confirm the renewal with your insurer this week. Update the date on the page the moment it's done.

What it costs: You're ranked position 3 on the map with the second fewest reviews of anyone in the top six. That spot is being carried by your name and location alone, not by proof, and it's the cheapest thing for a competitor to take off you.
The fix: Text every customer a review link the same day the job's done, not with the invoice later. One line, one link.
500 people a month search "switchboard upgrade cost" in Perth. Nobody's chasing it.
